I just wanted to take some time to let you know how much I love all the renovation work you have done on our house. Our 1920s Carriage House at Crazy Creek needed a lot of updating but with your help and ideas the house & barn have become show places.

 I do not know which part of the house I like the most now. The incredible screened in porch, the fabulous shower and master bedroom, the beautiful kitchen or the authentic English pub and wine cellar you put in the barn.

Now when we have guests they can stay in the new living quarters over the new garage. I have to tell you everyone who visits cannot believe all the work that was done and it still looks like the original 1920's house on the outside.

After living in 10 places in 14 years you and your staff have made it a pleasure to redo a house.
I would never have thought I would be writing a glowing "Thank You" note to a contractor. But Grant you deserve it. I would, and have highly recommended you to all my friends. I hope that we will be able to work together on something in the future. A new house perhaps?
