Dear Grant,
Having read the comments from all your other satisfied customers it seems what more can one say.  I agree with each and every one of them.  On a personal level I think you are head and shoulders above all other contractors I have known.  This is the seventh project I have done and like some of the others we were absentee owners.
Grant took on many more responsibilities that were not part of his obligation and handled them as if it was his own home.

The thing I enjoyed most was his can do attitude, every time I asked if this or that could be done, he replied we can do anything and if he didn't know how he always found out.
 Over and over Grant went above and beyond to make us happy, even after the project ended he has been very helpful. 

Grant's crew and sub's deserve much of the credit all have been extremely kind and polite.  The job site was left in good order at the end of the day.
